Macedonian President Branko Crvenkovski believes that the Kosovo authorities' refusal to recognize the Macedonia-Kosovo border seriously affects the overall policy that the international community conducts in this part of the region.
"We have neither intention nor interest to talk again over the demarcation of the border which is not administrative, but interstate," he said.
